1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SignalCore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

SignalCore provides predictive market intelligence for commercial HVAC contractors. This include data sourced from public records, proprietary analysis, and predictive modeling intended to identify equipment failure risks and transaction opportunities.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on SignalCore's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only, unless a subscription service has been purchased. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without an active subscription;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Data Usage

Our intelligence is sourced from Washington public records under RCW 42.56. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Service is provided "as is". SignalCore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Subscription and Success Fees

Users on "Priority Intel" or "Executive Partner" tiers agree to pay a Monthly Subscription and a Success Fee upon the successful closing of any project identified through the SignalCore pipeline. Failure to report closed projects or non-payment of success fees may result in immediate termination of account access and legal action.

6. Algorithmic Projections & Liability Waiver

Institutional Estimation Warning: All data provided by SignalCore, including but not limited to building EUI estimates, regulatory fine projections, equipment age approximations, and financial incentive calculations (utility rebates, tax deductions), are generated via proprietary algorithmic modeling and high-propensity probability signals.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: These figures are intended for strategic assessment and market prioritization only. They do not constitute engineering, legal, financial, or tax advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed and results may vary based on individual asset variables.

Mandatory Due Diligence: It is the exclusive responsibility of the User to perform independent due diligence. All incentive eligibility, compliance standing, and technical specifications must be verified with official utility providers, government agencies, and licensed tax professionals prior to any capital commitment or contract execution. SignalCore shall NOT be liable for any damages arising out of the use or reliance on these projections.

7. RCW 18.27 Data License Disclaimer

DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT - CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: All Feasibility Studies, Property Briefs, and intelligence reports generated by Signal Core Data LLC are licensed to the Contractor-Licensee for use in developing bids, proposals, and service agreements.

Signal Core Data LLC is a data intelligence provider and is NOT a licensed contractor as defined by RCW 18.27.010. All financial figures contained in our reports are "Budgetary Assessments" for ROI modeling and strategic planning purposes only.

The Contractor-Licensee acknowledges that:

• Signal Core Data LLC does not undertake, offer to undertake, or submit bids for any construction, repair, or installation work;
• The Contractor-Licensee is solely responsible for verifying all data before use in any bid or proposal;
• The Contractor-Licensee must be properly licensed, bonded, and insured per RCW 18.27 before undertaking any physical work;
• This data license does not create any contractor-client, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to SignalCore's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
